Getting Started

We only need some basic information to get started...

We will need you to fax to us the following information:

All documents in your possession that will support your claim. For most clients this is the invoice and the credit application.
If the debt has been reduced to a note, then please send us a copy of the note.
Many clients send us a brief narrative of what has happened in the case. This is helpful and we encourage all clients to provide us with this information.
All pertinent data regarding the defendant. This includes all known addresses, aliases, spouses, parents, etc. We find these characters all over the place and the more information we have, the better off we are.
